1. Worldwide Shipping

Journal-Up ships worldwide using major international carriers and trusted local courier partners. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

  • Order confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.
  • Made to order: Journal-Up is a handmade brand. Once your order is confirmed, our team begins crafting your items by hand. Every order is produced and shipped sequentially in the order it is received.
  • Production time: Crafting time may be shorter or longer depending on the current order volume. We sincerely appreciate your patience while each piece is carefully made.
  • Estimated delivery: 5 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Tracking: Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

2. Customs & Import Duties

Upon arrival in your country, shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which could cause additional delays beyond our control.

  • Customers are fully responsible for any customs taxes, import duties, transit duties, warehousing fees, GST, VAT, or any other charges imposed by their country.
  • Journal-Up is not liable for these charges and has no control over customs policies in your country.
  • Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs authorities.

3. Returns & Refunds

Because all of our products are handcrafted to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. Each item is made especially for you, which means it cannot be resold once produced. We kindly ask for your understanding of this policy, which is inherent to the nature of handmade goods.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, we are so sorry to hear that. Please contact us at support@journal-up.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review your case promptly and do everything we can to find the best solution for you.
