When I received my order from Journal-up, I honestly thought it was my birthday. Inside the shipping box was a beautifully decorated box that I was sad to have to open just because of how pretty it was. The surprises didn’t end there; along with my ordered items, they included some stickers and a thank you card. As I sat at my craft table opening this package and marveling at the craftsmanship of the items I received, it really felt like I was opening a carefully curated birthday present. The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
